| Once per Duel, the holder may pay half their Life Points to destroy all monsters, OR all face-up Spell and Trap Cards, OR all face-down Spell and Trap cards the opponent controls. This ability can only be activated when a Spell Speed 1 card can be activated and can be responded to.
Millenium Scale Holder: XXXX
Souls for beating the Holder of the Millenium Scales = 9

| A question: how is this working for face-down spells and traps? Are they flipped face-up to clarify, or just unaffected?
If they're unaffected, then this player still has a reliable monster-killer that can't be chained to (you can't chain to them, right?), and winning should really net the challenger more Millenium Points than if they beat, say, the holder of the Millenium Necklace. I mean... Fateseal. Wow. If facedowns are to be flipped up, then damn, crank the victory reward the hell up, now. Sure, the ability costs half your life, but it's an all-purpose board-clearer that's setting up many an OTK. And, uh, more than once per turn? You mean I can get rid of absolutely everything just by throwing a few life points at it? Whether the challenger can chain to the ability or not, they're at an insane disadvantage.
I really think you should be more clear with these Millenium Item abilities. Do they start a chain? If so, what spell speed are they treated as? Exactly when can and can't they be activated? All of that. If you haven't thought about it and don't want to worry about it, I could make some stuff up, but really, what we have now is a bit too vague to integrate into the game.

| On, one more thing: these effects aren't the effects of cards. They arguably aren't even effects. Nothing out there to negate them! Whee!
...Actually... twice per match, once per turn... was that there before? I don't think it was... anyway, I think that would make this the second best Item, behind the Rod.
Oh, I see, you edited it. But that's only balanced it a little, it hasn't fixed any confusion...

| It was actually meant to NOT be able to be used more than once per turn. I'll edit the items to make them clearer and more balanced, though it might take a few days for all of them. | |
